AIR SUSPENSION SERVICE
The Air-Ride suspension was standard on the Cadillac Eldorado and other GM-cars from the late 50-ies onwards. Since the Air-Ridesystems today are over 40 years old it usually is in need of service. During my years in the 59-Eldorado hobby I have become specialised in restoring the Air-Ride. Two years ago I custom made test-equipment in order to check various components of the system. This enables me today to check that the compressor is working with the right flow and pressure. I am also able to check the different settings on the valves controling the level of the car, and that the airpressure is apropriatly delivered through the system.	The compressor
' Part of the testing equipment	The connecting rod in the compressor is a weak point. I have started to remanufacture the rod in both standardar and under- dimension. In some cases the crank-shaft is worned and has to be machined out which make i necessary to use a underdimensioned connecting rod-end. I have delivered restored parts to many satisfied Eldorado-owners in Europe and USA.
